At Comfort Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unlit products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your unused candles in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Comfort Candle Co.

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
